Our Farming Process

We follow a structured, step-by-step cultivation method to maintain premium quality standards and high yield production.

1️⃣ Substrate Preparation

We use carefully selected agricultural by-products to prepare a nutrient-rich growing substrate. The materials are cleaned and processed under controlled conditions.

2️⃣ Sterilization & Drying

The prepared substrate is sterilized to eliminate contamination. It is then dried and conditioned in a hygienic processing environment to maintain purity.

3️⃣ Bag Filling & Incubation

The processed substrate is filled into mushroom grow bags and transferred to dedicated incubation rooms. Temperature and humidity are carefully monitored to ensure optimal growth.

4️⃣ Mushroom Growth

Within a few days, oyster mushrooms begin to form under controlled environmental conditions. Our team continuously monitors growth to maintain consistency and quality.

5️⃣ Harvesting & Handling

Fresh mushrooms are harvested at the right stage, handled with care, and prepared for distribution while maintaining hygiene standards.
